David last week played in the Mercedes Benz Championship, at the Golf Club Gut Larchenhof, Cologne, Germany. David had a good week with a full round of 71, 74, 72, 70, with a total of 287, finishing Tie 48 and 1 under par. Another stable mate of David's had a fantastic week winning the tournament. James Kingston a South African ISM stablemate won the Mercedes Benz Championship after a play-off with Dane Anders Hansen. The pair were level with four holes to play, but Kingston rolled home a 12 foot birdie and finished 13 under par to draw level. Kingston made a par four at the first extra hole to take the title.

David now moves on to the Fontana Golf Club in Austria for the Austrian Golf Open which begins on Thursday.
