
David played in the Austrian Golf Open at Fontana Golf Club in Vienna where he finished in a tie for 30th.
His rounds of 69, 69, 66 and 73 left him on a four round total of 277, 7 under par. Spain's Rafael Cabrera-Bello claimed his maiden European Tour victory by shooting a stunning 60 in the final round to leave him on 20 under par, one shot ahead of England's Benn Barham.
David now takes a week off before heading up to Scotland to play in the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship played at Carnoustie, Kingsbarns and St Andrews.
