David played in the Open de Andalucia de Golf at the Parador de Golf in Malaga where he continued his recent good form and finished in a tie for 17th.

He shot rounds of 69, 69, 67 and 66 to leave him on a nine under par total of 271. ISM stablemate Louis Oosthuizen claimed the title on seventeen under par.

David's next tournament is the Volvo China Open which begins on Thursday 15th April.
