This week David played in the Open de Espana at Real Club de Golf de Sevilla in Seville, Spain where he had another good result finishing in a tie for 14th.

David shot rounds of 74, 66, 74 and 69 leaving him on a four round total of 282, six under par. Spain's Alvaro Quiros claimed the title after the first extra hole of a play-off against James Morrison, both players had finished on eleven under par in regulation play.

David now travels to Turin to play in the BMW Italian Open which begins on Thursday.
