Andrew was born in 1953 within a pitching wedge of Royal Birkdale, but spent all but the first two of the next 27 years of his life in Bolton and remains a committed Wanderer to this day. He excelled at golf, cricket and badminton at school, but decided to concentrate on golf and was a European Tour regular until 1989. His one victory came at the Sao Paulo 0pen in 1985. Formed International Sports Management in 1989 from a base at his long-time sponsors Mere Golf and Country Club and was joined in 1993 by David, a former PGA professional born in 1963 whose background was in the public relations sector and was eager to break into golf management. David drove down to the 0pen at Sandwich to meet Chubby for the first time and he was rewarded with a job a month later.

Caddie:
Nick Mumford
David and Nick have known each other for about 18 years - they both used to play as amateurs for the County of Wiltshire.
David was instrumental in Nick's caddying career introducing him to Michael Welch who was his first employer twelve years ago. Nick has since worked for Anders Hansen, Lee Westwood, Graeme McDowell and Adam Scott to name but a few. His career highlight to date was being on the bag of Anders Hansen when he won the PGA Championship at Wentworth in 2002.
Nick has been working for David since April 2007.

Jamie Gough
Jamie Gough is a member of Compleat Golfer’s Elite PGA Teaching Panel and was voted the 2004 Teaching Pro of the Year by the PGA of South Africa. Not only does he coach some of South Africa’s best amateur golfers, he is also a regular presence on the practice tee at tour events, having worked with some of South Africa’s young professionals to improve their golf games.
Jamie Gough is a TaylorMade-adidas staff player.

Dale graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from RMIT University, Melbourne, in 1980 and moved into golf nine years later establishing a team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, masseurs, podiatrists, fitness consultants, psychologists and sports medicine doctors. After Nick Faldo asked him in 1997 to travel with him on Tour, Dale launched a personalised player consultancy service ProGolf Health which has benefited many top players and gained invitations to be part of the sports medicine teams for both Ryder Cup and President’s Cup teams. He serves on the Health and Fitness Advisory Board of the Titleist Performance Institute.

A varied and active sporting life and sports-injury related studies gave Paul the grounding to build a company with his father to provide quality performance analysis software and top class coaching CD’s. Paul specialises in biomechanical analysis using high speed cameras, force platforms and computers. He is a leading biomechanist contracted to UK Athletics, International Cricket Council, English Cricket Board and British Diving. Paul also serves on the Biomechanics Advisory Board of the Titleist Performance Institute. His passion for golf has led to him specialising in putting analysis and advice.
